Customers  have a choice of USPS, UPS, or FEDEX for shipping at check out. Unless  an expedite shipment is requested Model Structures reserves the right to  change the shipping agent if a less expensive option is available. It  is out policy to refund all unused shipping fees.

My  apologies but I am not able to support international (non US) sales to  all countries at this time. We can accommodate orders to some specific  countries. The Shopping Cart is presently set up to accommodate USPS  International Flat Rate and UPS International. The Gateway Service  presently offers no option for USPS Priority International (my preferred  shipping method). If USPS flat rate is not offered for your product  purchase please use the UPS option but bear in mind actual shipping will  be via USPS Priority International. In all other cases please contact  me with your request.  

Model Structures will refund all unused shipping fees.

For product purchased through credit card or PayPal a full refund minus 3% is available for all kits and detail parts if no product has been shipped.
For product purchased through credit card or PayPal a full refund minus 3%  is available for all custom built product as long as material has not been purchased to start the structure.
Partial refund is available for custom built structures if material has been purchased.
Any  product that arrives damaged will be replaced or repaired by Model  Structures. Model Structures will pay for return shipment.
Model  Structures will refund (minus 3% if purchased by credit card or PayPal) any kit or detail part returned for reasons other  than damage as long as the kit/detail package has not been opened. The  customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
